Peace Corps service is the opportunity of a lifetime and a great way to get two years of international experience under your belt upon graduation. Apply now to begin your adventure and learn more about opportunities available to you, such as combining grad school with Peace Corps service. Event Image Exhibition | MK Guth: Paying Attention | Jan. 20 - April 1, 2018

The Hallie Ford Museum of Art is pleased to present “MK Guth: Paying Attention.” The exhibition opens January 20 and continues through April 1, 2018, in the Melvin Henderson-Rubio Gallery.

MK Guth (American, born 1963) is a nationally-recognized Portland, Oregon artist and associate professor at the Pacific Northwest College of Art.

Organized by Director John Olbrantz, the exhibition features a range of still life installations from the past six years that are intended to illuminate how social interaction is shaped through rites and treasured objects.

"Consent is . . . "

*WU Campus - Goudy Commons

"Consent is" is an awareness campaign about 'consent.' A large canvas will be available at Goudy over lunch and dinner for students to either sign their name or write an answer. Interpersonal Violence Prevention Educator, Jacqueline Leung, will be tabling and talking about consent, safer sex, etc. Decorative cookies will be provided. I put supplies out for students to make Valentine's day cards, and while they are being creative (captive audience) I talk about consent, safer sex etc.
