Lutheran Volunteer Corps Information Table

Lindsey Schneider (WU '08) will be available to speak informally with students about the work of the Lutheran Volunteer Corps (LVC) and how to apply to the program.

LVC is a one-year volunteer service program for anyone who is passionate about working towards justice and exploring simplicity and wants to gain substantial work experience while living in community with other volunteers. Work ranges from direct service with people in need to advocacy and community organizing. Volunteers work in one of ten cities throughout the U.S.

Volunteers must be 21 or older and may be of any faith background.

The Respectable Knitting Society Meeting
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

*WU Campus - Putnam University Center

The Respectable Knitting Society meets every Monday from 6:30-7:30 in the Bistro to chat, relax and knit. We have supplies available such as yarn, needles and hooks to borrow. All skill levels and fiber crafts are welcome!
