Panelists: Karl Davis, Frank Janzen, James Lavadour, Marie Watt 

Join Crow's Shadow Institute of the Arts founder James Lavadour, master printer Frank Janzen, executive director Karl Davis, and frequent artist-in-residence Marie Watt in conversation about the institute's dynamic history, focusing on key junctures on its path to becoming one of the most important printmaking studios in the world for indigenous artists. The panel will conclude with a wide-ranging discussion of the participants' future dreams for CSIA, as it enters its next quarter century. Moderated by the "Crow's Shadow Institute of the Arts at 25" curator Rebecca Dobkins.

This panel discussion is offered in conjunction with the "Crow's Shadow Institute of the Arts at 25" exhibition taking place at the Hallie Ford Museum of Art and will be preceded by the lecture "Mapping the Matrix" with heather ahtone at 1 p.m. in the Paulus Lecture Hall at the Willamette University College of Law.
