Federalist Society Debate

Event Description
The Federalist Society will be holding it’s debate in partnership with the American Constitution Society on Thursday, October 13th at 6:00 p.m. in Room 217. The topic will cover the constitutionality of voter identification requirements and their questionable foundations, while also including topics related to enforcement of immigration law and the 4-4 SCOTUS decision affirming the decision below in U.S. v. Texas.

Willamette’s own Professor Carrasco will be debating J. Christian Adams on this issue. A question and answer session will follow the speakers presentations and rebuttals. All are welcome. Food will be provided before the event.
